



I have friends who will be staying in London for a while. So I thought during the winter, instead of making soups, they can occasionally make themselves a cup of tea, which is much better than buying 3 in 1 packets.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Red dates
- 1 tbsp Goji berries
- 1 tbsp Longan
Method
- Put all ingredients into a teabag.
- Put the teabags in an airtight container or store in fridge.
- When required, just take a teabag into a cup and pour hot water. Let it immerse for 10 mins before drinking.
