




Ingredients
- 1 kg baby pork ribs
- 1 large white onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- Carrots, cut into matchsticks
- Cucumber, cut into matchsticks
- Few pieces of romaine lettuce (for presentation)
Method
- Heat pan in medium heat.
- Add all ingredients except ribs in pan and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
- Cool the mixture.
- Before slicing the ribs, remove the thin membrane at the back of the ribs, so that the sauce can penetrate the ribs thoroughly.
- Slice the baby ribs.
- Add baby ribs and marinate overnight. If not possible, then marinate for at least an hour before putting into oven.
- Pour all and arrange baby ribs unto baking tray.
- Cook for about 90 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Set the serving plate with romaine lettuce and vegetables.
- Remove and serve. Pour the remaining sauce into bowl and serve as a dip.
