- 3-4 Chilli padi
- 300g Pork belly, cut into big cubes
- 1 Bittergourd
- 2-3 slices Ginger
- 1 tbsp Preserved soy beans
- 3-4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Dark soya sauce
- 1 tsp Light soya sauce
- Put everything, except the bittergourd into a pot.
- Cook to boil and simmer for 30-40 mins.
- Put bittergourd in and cook for another 10-15 mins.
