Braised Pork Belly with Bittergourd

Ingredients

  1. 3-4 Chilli padi
  2. 300g Pork belly, cut into big cubes
  3. 1 Bittergourd
  4. 2-3 slices Ginger
  5. 1 tbsp Preserved soy beans
  6. 3-4 cloves Garlic
  7. 1 tsp Dark soya sauce
  8. 1 tsp Light soya sauce

Method

  1. Put everything, except the bittergourd into a pot.
  2. Cook to boil and simmer for 30-40 mins.
  3. Put bittergourd in and cook for another 10-15 mins.
  4. Serve.
