





Ingredients
- 1 cup Fish or Pork broth
- 1 litre Water
- 1/2 Tofu
- 2 pieces Dried Beancurd
- 2 bunches Spinach Phuay Leng
- 1 tbsp Fried shallots
- 2-3 Dumplings
Method
- Add frozen soup broth and water in a pot and boil.
- Add dumplings.
- When dumplings start to float, add noodles, tofu, beancurd and spinach and turn off the heat.
- Top with fried shallots.
- Serve hot.
- If you are not eating immediately, do not put the noodles in first.
