Prawn Noodle Soup


  1. 200g Loin meat, sliced thinly
  2. 3 Prawns, sliced half
  3. 50g Yellow noodles
  4. 30g Spinach or Puay leng spinach
  5. 2 cups Pork broth or Chicken broth
  6. 2 tbsp Fried shallots
  7. Light soya sauce to taste


  1. Heat oil in a pan to medium heat.
  2. Put sliced meat and prawns in and lightly fry to cook.
  3. Add water and light soya sauce to taste.
  4. When the water has boiled, add yellow noodles and let it boil again.
  5. Add spinach and turn off the heat.
  6. Scoop everything up and put fried shallots.
  7. Serve hot.
