Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 1 can of coke
- Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
- Use salt and rub over chicken, and give it a little massage.
- Wash off and add a bit of salt over the whole chicken.
- Open the can of coke and stuff it into the butt of the chicken.
- Leave it standing in the oven and grill for abour 1 hour.
- Be careful of the can as it will be hot. Once cooked, remove the can and serve.
