




Ingredients
- 2 kg chicken wings
- 1 large white onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
Method
- Heat pan in medium heat.
- Add all ingredients except chicken wings in pan and stiry fry for about 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
- Cool the mixture.
- Add chicken wings and marinate overnight. If not possible, then marinate for at least an hour before putting into oven.
- Pour all and arrange chicken wings unto baking tray.
- Cook for about 90 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove and serve. Pour the remaining sauce into bowl and serve as a dip.
