- Sesame oil
- Soya sauce
- 2 slices ginger
- 1 chicken cut into small parts
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks spring onion
- 1/2 packet Dried beancurd
- 3 Dried mushrooms, soaked and drained
- Heat some sesame oil in wok.
- Put in ginger and fry till fragrant.
- Add in chicken parts and lightly fry.
- Add soaked mushroom and sauces and fry.
- Add water till it covers and put in carrots.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add dried beancurd and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Add spring onion and serve.
