Soya Sauce Sesame Chicken with Carrots and Beancurd

Ingredients

  1. Sesame oil
  2. Soya sauce
  3. Water
  4. 2 slices ginger
  5. 1 chicken cut into small parts
  6. 2 carrots
  7. 2 stalks spring onion
  8. 1/2 packet Dried beancurd
  9. 3 Dried mushrooms, soaked and drained

Method

  1. Heat some sesame oil in wok.
  2. Put in ginger and fry till fragrant.
  3. Add in chicken parts and lightly fry.
  4. Add soaked mushroom and sauces and fry.
  5. Add water till it covers and put in carrots.
  6. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. Add dried beancurd and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  8. Add spring onion and serve.
