Braised Pork Belly with Bittergourd

Ingredients3-4 Chilli padi300g Pork belly, cut into big cubes1 Bittergourd2-3 slices Ginger1 tbsp Preserved soy beans3-4 cloves Garlic1 tsp Dark soya sauce1 tsp Light soya sauce MethodPut everything, except the bittergourd into a pot.Cook to boil and simmer for 30-40 mins.Put bittergourd in and cook for another 10-15 mins.Serve.
