Dumpling Tofu Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Fish or Pork broth
  2. 1 litre Water
  3. 1/2 Tofu
  4. 2 pieces Dried Beancurd
  5. 2 bunches Spinach Phuay Leng
  6. 1 tbsp Fried shallots
  7. 2-3 Dumplings

Method

  1. Add frozen soup broth and water in a pot and boil.
  2. Add dumplings.
  3. When dumplings start to float, add noodles, tofu, beancurd and spinach and turn off the heat.
  4. Top with fried shallots.
  5. Serve hot. 
  6. If you are not eating immediately, do not put the noodles in first.
