Mozarella Tomato Spinach Salad

This is a very colourful dish, easy to make and healthy. You can opt out of truffle oil or balsamic vinegar if you do not like them. You can also replace the tomatoes on the vine with sliced tomatoes. 


  1. 5 Tomatoes (on the vine)
  2. 5 balls of Mozarella
  3. Handful of Spinach
  4. 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  5. 1 tsp Truffle oil
  6. 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar


  1. Use toothpick and poke the mozarella ball and then the tomato.
  2. Lay spinach on a plate.
  3. Then place the poked toothpicks down.
  4. Drizzle the oils over.
  5. Serve.
