Homemade Chicken Rice Chilli Sauce

The best sauce for steamboat and steamed dishes. You can make any amount and store when required. 


  1. 5 Chillies
  2. 7 Shallots
  3. 6 Limes
  4. Half bulb Garlic
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Sugar to taste
  7. Apple cider vinegar to taste
  8. Sesame oil (optional)


  1. Use toothpick and poke the mozarella ball and then the tomato.
  2. Lay spinach on a plate.
  3. Then place the poked toothpicks down.
  4. Drizzle the oils over.
  5. Serve.
