Curry Fish Head

Ingredients

  1. 1 Fish head
  2. 1 Onion
  3. 1-2 Tomatoes
  4. 1 Brinjal
  5. 1-2 packets Curry fish paste (Ibrahim brand)
  6. 2 cups Water
  7. 2 tbsp Yogurt (or Coconut Milk)

Method

  1. Fry brinjal and put aside.
  2. Steam fish head for 15-20 mins or until the fish head is about 80% cooked.
  3. Heat up some oil in a wok.
  4. Stir fry onions for about 3 mins.
  5. Add fish paste and water. 
  6. Once it has boiled, add yogurt.
  7. When it has boiled again, simmer and add fish head, brinjal and tomatoes in.
  8. Cook for another 10 mins.
  9. Serve while hot.
