This is the concoction I got from a new neighbour who is always cooking for her kids. It definitely brings out all flavours when you use it every time you cook.
- Any type of oil (I used rice bran with peanut)
- Cinnamon
- 八角
- 花椒
- 10-15 slices of ginger
- 2 red onions
Throw all Ingredient in and cook under medium for 1 hour or until herbs have dried up.
