Double Boil Chicken Herbal Wine (DOM and XO Martell)


  1. 1 chicken thigh, deskinned and cut into pieces
  2. 1 rice bowl of DOM
  3. 1/2 rice bowl of XO Martell
  4. 1/2 rice bowl water
  5. 1-2 pieces dang gui
  6. 1-2 pieces ginger slice


  1. Pour boiling water over chicken pieces and set aside for 3 mins to remove the blood of the parts.
  2. Put all ingredients into double boiler.
  3. Cook for 3 hours.
  4. Important. Drink immediately else the soup will evaporate very fast.
